Performance Summary: The new GeForce GTX 1660 Ti performed roughly on-par with, but more often than not, slightly better than a GeForce GTX 1070 overall, and it completely smoked the GeForce GTX 1060 across the board. The was particularly good (relative to the GTX 1070) in VRMark and newer titles like Shadow Of The Tomb Raider and F1 2018. Versus the GTX 1060, the new GTX 1660 Ti offered the largest gains (in the neighborhood of 30 50) in those same applications, and it did so while consuming only a bit more power. Despite not being able to increase the power target, the EVGA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti XC Black we tested also proved to be a good overclocker, and hit 2.1GHz with minimal tweaking. Note : We are running fresh numbers on AMD Radeon RX 590 and Radeon RX Vega 56 now and will add them to the charts shortly.
